Photo of the Day – 15th of January
Heavy snowing in the morning and during the early stages of the day, left the ground covered in snow. The forest nearby to where I live, was also completely white and the silence is absolutely complete. It makes for a very beautiful landscape altogether. In the afternoon, the sun finally showed itself for a brief moment, during its descent, and I managed to get my camera out and snap a photo. The color of the fading sun turned into a blood-red nuance which complements the white ground quite well in this scene. I added a bit of vignetting for effect, and is thus not a result of the lens. All Fuji X-series equipment is absolutely top in every aspect. /Jonas
